Oh yum. That icing looks delightful. You can't beat banana cake. I make one with yoghurt, which makes it extra moist. Great blog by the way. I love saugsage dogs also, and i'm trying to convince hubby to get one. In the meantime i'll just covet everyone elses.
I can attest to the fact that this cake was bloody delicious and Brooke is a most excellent cook!
