1 cup of white wine
2 tomatoes (blitz them with some pepper)
Spinach (as much or a little as you like)
1/2 jar Grilled Peppers

Put one oil in the pan.
Add Garlic and Chilli.
Let the garlic go a little golden
Add in wine.
Cook for a little bit.
Add the tomatoes.
Cook until it reduces a little.
Add the Spinach.
Let them wilt down.
Add in the Grilled Pepper.
This dish should take as long as it takes for the Pasta to cook
Toss the pasta into the sauce and serve.
Parmesan Cheese would go lovely or just a couple of drips of Sweet Chilli Sauce (if your me)
Enjoy!
