Car warmth. But not from the heater. From the car being in the Sun and getting all warmed up on any day apart from in the summer.
I remember falling asleep in front of my bedroom window in the sun when I was little. I also loved drawing in my Nans sunny drawing room too. But Car warmth I loved the most hands down.

The sewing drought has been with me for quite sometime.
You may or may not have noticed, but today we did!!
After coffee with the New Frankie and Pippy, this is what happened!!
It's made from this Vintage Tea Towel and Vintage Table Cloth, all 100% op shop loved!!
It was hard to cut them up, but keeping them folded up didn't seem fair to them.

We are looking forward to our first outing together!!

In my room right now....

three sewing machines,
4 suitcases and an inspiration door,
7 polaroid pictures,
knitting needles,
4 uni folders,
mum deodorant,
vintage dresses,
the "worlds biggest bubble maker",
two of the same jacket,
a sausage dog in my bed,
memories from my childhood,
3 sewing boxes,
a yellow clock,
an alarm set for 6am,
tea cups and shadows,
note books for observations,
mop shine drops,
derwent pencils,
cold feet,
red shoes,
hair ties,
tin collection,
fairy lights,
wicker dolls pram,
granny squares,
badges and brooches,
pegs and 3d glasses,
yellow gingham wallpaper,
books and bears,
sketches and sausage dogs....
and not much on my floor.

I shook my wallet.
Tipped it out into my hand.
I counted 1x 5 dollar note, 1 x 1 dollar coin, 3 x 20 cent pieces.
= $ 6.60 (well done brain)
So I toddled off to the florist and proudly said to the girl...
" i've decided to spend my last $6.60 on these two bunches of flowers"
They are just as good as these crochet ones!!
Flowers make me happy!!
